The company has choosen the resort town Darłowo as its location, where it aims to create a unique apartment complex combining luxury, comfort, and proximity to the sea. As a result, the city and its residents will gain a new standard of architecture and an attractive place to live, work, and relax.
Its breakthrough achievement was the construction of the first luxury apartment building in the resort town of Knokke, Belgium, in the 1990s. This prestigious project not only raised the standard of architecture in the region but also contributed to the dynamic development of the town. Knokke gained the status of Belgium’s most fashionable seaside resort, and land value there increased significantly.

We used aluminum, panoramic windows that open the interiors to the unique beauty of nature. The Baltic Sea becomes a living painting, harmoniously fitting into the space of each apartment, adding a unique character and an ever-changing view.
