Marina Royale is a unique investment located at the very shore of the Baltic Sea, in Darłowo-Darłówko. It offers space, privacy and a possibility to spend free time actively.
Marina Royale complex will comprise three apartment buildings located at the very shore of the Baltic Sea. The first one of them, UltraMar, was opened in the summer of 2019. Construction works on the second building, VistaMar, are in progress. The last building of the project, MiraMar, will be erected in subsequent years.
Marina Royale is being built in the foremost part of the Darłowo Port. The location not only ensures beautiful views, but also provides access to the beach, the observation deck on a dune, the lighthouse, the promenade and other local attractions.
VistaMar residence is being built on the embankment of the outer harbour. It is a cosy five-floor building reflecting the style characteristic for Mediterranean architecture.
There are 105 residential units, including 1- to 3-room apartments. They have been designed not only to enjoy seaside leisure, but, above all, to ensure comfortable living.
In the building, there will also be an indoor pool, saunas, a children’s club and a fitness studio, a café with bakery and banquet and conference rooms overlooking the sea. The investment also provides for an underground garage, storage areas, a laundry&drying room and spacious rooms to keep bicycles.
The apartments will be commissioned in the summer of 2023, ready for residents to move in. The general contractor of the investment in CFE Polska. Apartment owners can earn money on renting their apartments and delegate this task to the Rental department. Our specialists take care of every apartment, make sure they remain occupied and guarantee high revenues to customers.
Owners can spend leisure time in their apartments and rent them to other guests in their absence. Our cooperation is based on the rule of proportional revenue sharing, 70% for the owner and 30% for the Rental department.
