The controller of your personal data is “Darłówko Development” limited liability company with its registered office in Darłowo (76-150) at Rybacka Street 16 (NIP: 839-309-80-80, REGON: 220801698) entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Koszalin, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000336263 with a share capital of 9,082,645.00 PLN.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Informational – to inform you through direct marketing about our commercial offer, particularly our properties for sale and rent, and directly related services, events, contests, including tailoring them to your needs (profiling), and especially for sending newsletters, where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR, as well as consent resulting from electronic communication regulations,
• Analytical and statistical – to better tailor services to your needs, and for general optimization of products, service processes and building knowledge about our customers, where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR),
• For archival and evidential purposes – to secure information in case of legal need to demonstrate facts, exercise your rights, possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR).

3. Data Sharing

Your data may be collected, used, stored and shared with processing entities referred to in Article 28 of GDPR:

• POC Partners Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Darłowo,
• Belgian Catering Company Sp. z o.o. based in Darłowo,
• Darłówko Rental Company Sp. z o.o. based in Darłowo,
• Arcas Bałtyk Sp. z o.o. based in Darłowo,
• and other contractors of the administrator, particularly those providing legal, accounting, IT services,

under an agreement concluded with processing entities, ensuring special protection of your personal data.

4. Data Retention Period

Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent for data processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 5. Rights

• you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent for their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, the right to be forgotten,
• you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of GDPR.
