In the second week of February, construction of the ceiling above level -2, including an exit ramp, will be completed. When it is done, bricklayers will start their work. At the same time, reinforced concrete works are in progress on level -1. Concreting of the first section above level -1 is scheduled for mid-February. The building is steadily going up and it will soon be visible from behind the fence.
